Entrance Criteria: TBD by SST/SRBI team based on DIBELS score well below benchmark

Exit Criteria: TBD based on SST/SRBI team decision to move to Tier 2

Intervention Requirements: 1:1, trained and certified teacher, 5x/week, 30 min/session

Progress Monitoring: Observation Survey included

Implementation Considerations: One year of professional development, ongoing professional development including site visits, available to districts that agree to fidelity of implementation.
